Specialties: User experience, usability testing, information architecture, internationalization (i18n), localization (l10n), search engine optimization, paid search engine advertising, email marketing, social media, content strategy.

Over time, I branched out from front-end development to web content strategy, search engine marketing, email marketing, social media strategy and implementation, website translation, user experience and interaction design, and web project management.

I like to make decisions based on data (I'm an analytics nerd) and enjoy an iterative design process with lots of prototypes and user testing.
